The Meidibao 36KW Custom Heat Pump is an advanced air source heat pump system powered by ambient air that operates continuously throughout the year, regardless of weather conditions. This intelligent system provides continuous hot water with operating costs 67% less than gas water heaters, 75% less than electric water heaters, and 60% less than traditional boilers.

Featuring microcomputer automatic control, the unit operates based on water tank temperature and user consumption patterns, eliminating the need for manual supervision while optimizing energy efficiency.

Key Features

Premium Compressor: Utilizes world-famous brand rotary or fully enclosed vortex compressors for low noise, minimal vibration, high efficiency, and extended service life. Multiple compressor units feature automatic unloading at partial load to conserve energy and prevent frequent startups.
Advanced Water Side Heat Exchanger: High-efficiency shell tube or threaded casing heat exchanger with compact design, lightweight construction, easy maintenance, convective heat conduction, and maximum working pressure of 45kgf/cm². Insulated with 10mm PE to prevent energy loss.
Optimized Air Side Heat Exchanger: Integral hydrophilic finned inner threaded tube design with large windward area, high heat transfer efficiency, oxidation and corrosion resistance. Hydrophilic fins minimize condensation and frosting, ensuring reliable heating capacity even in cold winter conditions.
Low Noise Fan System: Domestic brand motor with axial impeller design, heat-resistant bearings requiring no oil injection maintenance, anti-aging blades that resist deformation. All fans undergo strict static balance experiments for optimal performance and noise reduction.
